In October 2021 Westcountry Fabrication installed structural steel for a replacement dwelling that would create an incredible home overlooking Torbay in Devon.

The project involved fabrication of approximately 50t of structural steel work to create several distinct living pods.

Subsequent works throughout 2022 included fabrication and installation of a pedestrian bridge with Lang and Foulton PL33x11 open tread flooring and a bespoke internal staircase and balustrade.

Westcountry Fabrication Ltd completed the works with main contractor Goulden and Sons on this incredible design by Vesp Architects. See timelapse and completion videos below and the stunning completed property here.

And from February 2025 you can see this stunning property featured in a new drama series, Bergerac, available to stream freely on U. With the views over Torbay, Devon, it is no surprise that this home has been featured in magazines and on TV.
