In October 2021 Westcountry Fabrication installed structural steel for a replacement dwelling that would create an incredible home overlooking Torbay in Devon.

The project involved fabrication of approximately 50t of steel work to create several distinct living pods.

Subsequent works throughout 2022 included fabrication and installation of a pedestrian bridge with Lang and Foulton PL33x11 open tread flooring and a bespoke internal staircase and balustrade.
